What I do with your information as your driving instructor — written plainly, because most of the people reading this are seventeen.
Last updated 9 September 2026
I'm Gianni Beschizza, an approved driving instructor trading as Drive With G. I'm the "data controller" for the information described here, which means I decide what's kept and why, and I'm responsible for looking after it.
I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, under registration number ZC240315.
Contact me about anything on this page: gianni@drivewithg.com.
I keep this because it's necessary to teach you, and because I have a genuine interest in running the business properly. I don't collect anything I don't need, and I don't ask for anything about your health, background or personal life beyond what you choose to tell me if it affects your driving.
Lessons are booked and paid for through my AA Driving School listing. That means the AA handles your booking, scheduling and payment information under their own privacy notice — not me. I see what I need to teach you, not your card details.
The "Recent passes" section shows photographs of learners holding their pass certificates, with first names only.
These only ever go up if the person has said yes. If the learner is under 18, I'll check with a parent or carer as well.
You can change your mind at any time, and you don't have to give a reason. Email me and I'll take your photo down — normally the same day, and within seven days at the latest.
Nobody, other than:
I don't sell information, I don't share it with advertisers, and I don't pass your details to other businesses.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking of any kind. There's nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the IP address your browser connects from — the same as on most websites. Nothing else about you is sent.
Links out to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and the AA take you to those companies' own sites, where their privacy notices apply rather than mine.
The app at drivewithg.ai is a separate thing with its own privacy policy, which you'll find inside the app. This notice covers driving lessons and this website.
You can ask me to give you a copy of what I hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete it, or stop using it in a particular way. Just email me. It's free, and I'll deal with it within one month.
If you're under 18, you have these rights yourself — but you're welcome to ask a parent or carer to help.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. I'd rather you came to me first so I can put it right.
If any of this changes, I'll update this page and change the date at the top.
